Our pop up banners are perfect for trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. The banners come in two different sizes, allowing you to adapt to different spaces at events.
Setting up our pop up banners is a breeze. They spring up in seconds, making them a convenient tool for your promotional activities. Transporting them is equally as easy, as they fold up into a lightweight carry case.

Production Time
Our standard print turnaround is 7-14 days from confirmation of order and artwork approval. If you require your pop up banner urgently then we offer a Priority Print Service for customers in a rush. Artwork Files
Our visual templates can be created using the following formats:
Logos and artwork - Vector graphic format, Adobe Illustrator (Ai), EPS, Photoshop (PSD) and PDF
Photographic Images - Hi resolution (300 DPI at full size) JPEG, TIFF and PNG
If your logo is not in one of these formats, we can trace and recreate your existing logo in vector format. There will be a small fee for this service, however once complete, the files will be yours to keep and use for all your printing requirements.
Shipping & Returns
We offer two delivery options:
Next Day delivery (to Mainland UK addresses) when orders are placed by 2pm and 1-3 day service.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Europe will be on extended services, please contact us by email at sales@tfhgazebos.co.uk , live chat, or telephone 01277 350524 to obtain a delivery cost.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email containing your tracking details from the courier. Please ensure somebody is available to accept the delivery as all orders require a signature. Upon receiving your delivery, check you have received all of your order and that all the boxes are in good condition, if damage is evident, please note this on the courier scanner so we can issue a replacement or replacement parts.
If you have given permission to leave your order at the delivery address without a signature then you agree that the order is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at the delivery address, and you are accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of the order. Pictures will be taken to confirm delivery was made and will not be held responsible for any damaged or stolen goods after the delivery has taken place.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. We do not offer free returns but can arrange to collect the item(s) from the delivery address and the cost will be deducted from your refund. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your order has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the goods less the shipping charge within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, if you fail to take care of the goods, TFH Gazebos reserve the right to refuse a return or refund.
If you need to return an item ordered online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If goods are delivered wrong, faulty, or missing, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, either by email at sales@tfhgazebos.co.uk , live chat, or telephone 01277 350524
*Please note that refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders due to the nature of these goods.
