Pop Up Santa's Grotto - Package One
This pop-up Santa's grotto package is designed to provide a quick and enchanting festive experience. The slate-style roof, decorated with snow and fairy lights, adds a touch of elegance to the grotto. The log cabin effect created by the externally printed walls gives a cozy and rustic feel to the space.
The fully printed doorway with a zippered red doorway and garland adds a traditional touch to the entrance. Once inside, guests will be surrounded by four fully printed walls adorned with a cozy fire and stockings, as well as a Christmas tree surrounded by presents and two wooden soldiers.
This package is perfect for any Christmas event, offering a hassle-free and magical setting that can be set up in a matter of minutes. Whether it's a school fair, a community event, or a corporate Christmas party, this pop-up Santa's grotto will surely delight guests of all ages.

Pop Up Santa's Grotto (Option1)
Great purchase. Highly colourful and looked good day and night. Add some fairy lights and the colour stands out. Gave a consistent look to the festival regardless f which charity Santa was using it.

Santa's Pop Up Grotto
We purchased this Gazebo last year and received so many compliments. It is bright, colourful and definitely festive. Looking forward to using it again this year at our Christmas Market. Easy to put up and take down. Would definitely recommend.
Shipping & Returns
We offer two delivery options:
Next Day delivery (to Mainland UK addresses) when orders are placed by 2pm and 1-3 day service.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Europe will be on extended services, please contact us by email at sales@tfhgazebos.co.uk , live chat, or telephone 01277 350524 to obtain a delivery cost.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email containing your tracking details from the courier. Please ensure somebody is available to accept the delivery as all orders require a signature. Upon receiving your delivery, check you have received all of your order and that all the boxes are in good condition, if damage is evident, please note this on the courier scanner so we can issue a replacement or replacement parts.
If you have given permission to leave your order at the delivery address without a signature then you agree that the order is deemed ‘delivered’ when left at the delivery address, and you are accepting full responsibility for the safe delivery of the order. Pictures will be taken to confirm delivery was made and will not be held responsible for any damaged or stolen goods after the delivery has taken place.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. We do not offer free returns but can arrange to collect the item(s) from the delivery address and the cost will be deducted from your refund. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Once your order has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the goods less the shipping charge within 7 days of us receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us, if you fail to take care of the goods, TFH Gazebos reserve the right to refuse a return or refund.
If you need to return an item ordered online, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If goods are delivered wrong, faulty, or missing, please report this to us within 48 hours of receiving your goods, either by email at sales@tfhgazebos.co.uk , live chat, or telephone 01277 350524
*Please note that refunds or returns are not accepted on bespoke printed items or special orders due to the nature of these goods.
